1. Click your profile icon in the upper right corner.
2. Click your NAME to open a settings page.
3. Click the “Out of Office” button.
4. Click the check box to enable Out of Office, enter the dates, and change the Message if desired.
5. Once saved, Salesforce will display your Out of Office message next to your name in Salesforce.

In Spring 2026, Shure received an email from a gentleman in Texas. His father, a ham radio operator in the 1940s, had recently passed away.
